Default Sohc zc problems

hello, Honda-Techies
mods: (cai,dc headers, RS*R)
I would start the car and it would idle at 1100, if i let it warm up until the temp gauge is at about the half and the idle at 500, my car would run fine. but if i start the car and go at a cold start then it would idle down to 100 or to 0 and the engine would turn off. what could be the problem? i took it to the mechanic, but he couldnt find anything wrong because my engine had been running all day.
Also i have a problem with my engine bogging. after hitting revs in 5000-6000, my first and second gear would bog or rumble until it passed 2500 at a regular start. at first i thought it was the busted "cat", but then i got a high flow, and its still doing it.whats up with that?

please help!

It's hard to know for sure from your description but it may be the MAP sensor acting up. It can cause many of those problems you described but more important than that is the hoses for the map sensor make sure they are in good shape and tight as well.
