Default ECU not blinking, car won't start...

Fuel and spark is there...the ecu does not blink like it use to. It use to blink a code 6 when I put the car into the second "ON" position. But now my car won't turn over. Any ideas?

Pop the valve cover. See if your timing belt is on.

Main relay may have gone out, does your CEL come on when you put the key to the "On" position and can you hear your fuel pump prime before starting your car?
