seized control arm bolt?

seized control arm bolt?
i recently tried to change my front control arm ,becuase the bushing is so badd. then i discovered that the inner control arm bolt wont come out, well what happened was that the metal spacer thats in the bushing pushed through the hole it comes out and now the bolt wont come out? ne ideas on how to get out?
