The offset is +50 on those wheels,,but they wont fit your car oviously since the bolt patterns are different..

The offset means nothing when you have the wrong bolt pattern. You would have to swap to 4x4.50 to make it work (as already mentioned). Once converted, yes, the +50 will work fine
