1987-1989 Nissan Pulsars are 4x100 bolt pattern so I don't see why they wouldn't fit your Civic...

offset and width are two reasons they might not fit... I found that out when I tried to buy my first set of wheels... then I went with my current set. Enkei NT03 17"x7".... so far, 7"s the widest I've heard people go for civics, from my friends at least.

doh, that's true. If the offset and width are weird, maybe they won't fit so well. But weren't Pulsars small compact cars? I don't think their widths and offsets would be too off from a Civics.

The hub may also be smaller. My brother had to enlarge the hub hole in a set of mazda wheels in order for them to fit his crx.
