The visors attach with clips and screws. Did they come with the hardware?
You need to pull off the weatherstripping from the door frame. Start at top corner of the door and work your way down to the side mirror.
The with the molding off the door, you need to attach the clips. There should be four clips per door visor. You have to insert the clips into the door frame and line them up with the holes on the visor. The clip nearest to the side mirror actually screws into the door frame, but you must drill a hole since our cars dont have the hole already there. You also need to slice the weather stripping on for the last clip nearest your door jamb. About 1/2" will do, then just tuck the last clip through the slit and into the door frame.
Then once the clips are in the door frame and lined up properly, just tuck your weatherstripping back into the door frame. The weatherstripping holds the clips in place pretty firmly.
Now just line up the door visor again and screw it into the clips.
I know this is hard to follow with out pics, but hopefully you at least have the Japanese instructions so you can follow the diagrams. I should have scanned my instructions, but I threw them away...ah well.
