where to get a tach needle for jdm cluster

where would i find a tach needle for my jdm cluster? ebay was my first choice but is to random of a part for it to be listed.

I would just replace the tachometer, because if you put another needle on it isn't going to be very accurate. Other option is to make one from a USDM needle??
