How do you take out a stuck thermostat?

Drain coolant

Unhook hose

Knock off cover

Knock out thermostat

Yeah but the thermi is stuck in.... how can I pry it out easily without damaging to many things?

Just pry with a big flat head, you won't damage anything unless you really try, it's only rubber holding in it anyway.
