azenis are the best street tire in terms of grip. i have these mounted on my mr5's as well. only problem i have with them is that theres a lot of road noise. perhaps its hardly a consideration for some ppl, but its enough for me to switch to my other street tires/wheels.

other comparable tires are hankook rs2.

what do you want out of a tire?

i deff want the azenis rt-215 because i found them for $47 a piece which is very good for 220 treadwear... i was just wondering if a 195/60/14 tire would look stupis as hell on a 14"x6" wheel on a crx???? -justin-

what i don't understand is with a tire with that much sidewall, isn't there a lot of tire roll? isn't that one of the advantages of having low pro's (i know the con's) just curious...

so lets come to a conclusion haha......

14" Mugen MR5
195/60/14 Falken Azenis RT-215
H&R Race Spring (2.50" F, 2.25 R)

would this look completely retarded or not....?!?!?!?!?!?

i have 15" Buddy Club P1 SF wheels now and look huge on my crx.... i have 205/55/15's and i just think those wheels look huge on my car heance why i got the mugens

I had 195/60/14 azenis on my car with about the same drop as those H&R race springs will give you, and it looked fine to me, but its all your personal opinion. The reason you probably think those Buddy Club's look huge on your car is because of the 205/55 tire. A 205/50 would look MUCH better.

if you dont mind, where did you find them for that price? cause.. im in the market for some azenis as well.. but rt615's are like 75 a peice, and rt215's from what i gather are the older version of the same tire..

i guess i should also ask if they would be out of control on stock si wheels. because that is all i have for now until i can get some 14" rotas.

the azenis have a stiff *** sidewall, so no they do not flex nearly as much as other tires.

your sister likes my meat.

that was my street crx, just before it officially turned into my "race" car. you can see the bolt in cage.

actually, if i remember correctly, the drop on that car was relatively low with ground controls at the time. i took that shot nearly at ground level, looking up. (or maybe it was with pro kits, i really dont recall correctly, i just remember testing out the camera at the spur of the moment)

if anyone thinks that sidewall makes any difference, well, the tires left me without wanting more... they were great.

i still have it but in storage and am keeping it for as long as i own a crx.... who knows when that will end.... its been 8 years already...

they pop up on ebay, even the "real" ones. problem is if the brackets are included. but they can be refabbed im sure.

here are 14" Azenis on a 1.5" drop(Pro-Kit). Yes they are meaty and yes they are sticky. Best tire for the money IMO.
