Default which is better for a built motor: stock ecu? or a base map for a boosted car?

heres the deal, i just re-built my motor and was planning on boosting it right away...well after running into some problems i will have to run n/a for a while.

my motor is a dohc zc, with all oem seals/gaskets, eagle rods, srp pistons, arp head bolts (bottom end was re-balanced), delta cams, jg adj. cam gears, kms valves, springs, and retainer's oh and 450cc injectors(for the turbo but i have to use them n/a)

ecu pr4, right now i have turbo edit and the base map it was made for a t-25 and 450cc injectors for a my dohc zc (was my old set-up)

so should i run a stock pr4 (keep in mind im usin the 450 injectors) or use the base map??

Well they're both unsafe but the basemap is safer then stock ecu as it is set for 450 injectors already, and Im assuming it has the ignition retarded a tad already as most basemaps do..You know the deal though, get it tuned asap..Dont want to ruin that nice motor.
