good coilovers
well im looking around for coilovers and have heard some good thing about omni's, but i have also heard people are having a problem with the front not going low enough, has this been fixed yet or what kind of coilovers are nice for fairly cheap??
so they know they have to fix them but are they fixed or how long is it gonna be before they come out with the new and improved for our cars??? or should i just look into different coilovers???
i got these coilovers with a car i bought, the guy said they were only $35 on ebay. you might try looking there haha. j/k ground control i dont think are too bad. been in a few cars with them. good luck.

About the Omnis, I was told by Bob of Omni that they cannot go further than a 2" drop, so if your into slamming to the ground, Omnis arent meant for you. And having to deal with the no drop front, supposidly they fixed it. But other than that I heard their a good stiff ride.

i plan to get Skunk's too, i used to have the regular sleeve coilovers on my old rex and they rode so damn perfect at the lowest setting. i have GC's right now and i think i'm the only who HATES them. they are just way too bouncy for me, i was wondering if anyone has tried the full coilover set too. glad to here there just as good

I love my skunk sleeve coilovers on my Tokico 5-ways, it's my 3rd Honda this way. The Ground control are good but I don't like the perch design because the damn allen head bolt tends to sieze where the dual locking perches on the skunks are easier to deal with. The skunks to tend to be stiffer than the ground controls off the shelf kit as well.
The truth is any full bodied coilover suspension is better than a sleeve kit because it's specifically designed with the struts already, no mix matching different parts together (even though mix matching works very well bang for the buck wise). Ground control offer some crazy custom suspension options built to your spec but they are expensive as hell. As far as my opinion goes I just love Tein and that's what i am going with when the moneys right. My buddy got the SS setup on his EF Si HB and OMG! it rides AWESOME even slammed! It's not cheap but nothing that good is!!

ok well what kind of drop do the skunk2 full coilovers drop the car??? and what about springs with stock shocks and stuff? how will it ride? would i need to get anything else like struts or someting if i do just springs?
if you drop your car more than 2.5 inches it would be wise to get new shocks and cambers if you really wanna hug corners, but you dont have to replace anything if you buy springs to drop your car. eventually you'll want new shocks but youd be alright with everything else stock, and still be more satisified with spring than coilovers. you can buy springs from zenn suspension for 95 plus shipping, drops your car 2.5 in the front and 2.2 in hte rear, im getting some next week

Check honda marketplace http://www.undergroundracingus...=SFNT has good budget coilovers that have had good reviews form what I heard. I was told they are very similar to OMNI's or come from the same manufacturer and for the price is excellent if your on a budget.
I have the B&G full coilovers from http://www.modacar.com, they are the best damn ride I've ever had in a lowered honda. Super nice ride quality and excellent performance at all heights. It was my alternative to the Tein 3 month wait, but damn germans know what their doing! Check it out.
