Is it possible to replace the bulb on DEPO fogs... or if they go out is a dead brick?

You can replace them, I swapped yellow Hella bulbs into mine when my normal bulbs died. Just spray the screws that hold the case together with pbblaster some before trying... mine had seized up and were a pain

 

Yeah be careful when taking off the screws in the back of the foglights. They're quite fragile even when you first get them. Once you take the back plating off, you can pull the bulb out just like you pull headlight bulbs outs. When you swap the bulbs make sure the positive and negative wires don't touch each other while bare. You'll create a short-circuit, like I did and blow the DEPO relay fuse. DEPO foglights are H3 bulb size.

 

Just remove the fuse before you change the bulbs out and you won't have to worry about frying anything. They use H3 bulbs.
