Beautiful Bike!

Its funny, Most people I know with SV's always swear by them and try to make excuses on why they are better then In-line engines, And those same people always seem switch over!

I had a friend with a 03' SV650 also make the switch to a R1!

I don't think that doing a power wheelie is going to be to hard on the R1!!

yea its not hard but adjusting to where my tq at 2k rpm would pull the bike up then a r1 where you feel it around eh 7k rpm? i think im not so sure im still getting used to it right now but when i get the hang of it im gonna try to pull it up! any one got any advice on the r1 to pull a wheelie in a controlled way instead of dropin the clutch!?

The R1 is an awesome bike! You will love it. I go riding all the time with a group of friends, out of 5 of us, 4 of them have R1s and me with a Kawisaki. haha Awesome bike!

pulling a power wheelie should be wayyy easier than on your sv...just grip the tank with your legs and twist the throttle
