Default ys1 ratio???????????????

I just bought a 91 hf crx with a b18b1 and ys1 tranny. Well on the drive home i was baffled at the high rpm. At 5000 rpm in 5th gear i was only going 75 mph. his is verified by my wife traling me in our sport trac. All the tranny charts ive ever seen puts this tranny at 5k in 5th gear doing around 93mph. What do you think?

there is an LS ys1 and a gsr/b16 ys1, which is uber short. in other words, that's normal.

yep i have a b16 ys1 and it is super short. great for acceleration but for highway driving it sucks. im so used to my old d15 engine and tranny with such long gears and now when the revs are so high i freak out.

wow I think that's a little high. Maybe an aftermarket final drive? My jdm ys1 is around 5k at a little over 80 I think. I forget actually but it's around there.
