fuel cool can?
i know, im sure the 4 bangers can too, but i was wondering what are the results of power or dif when ran on an al motor car, that is pushing 220 to 250 hp
yea if it would work thats def easy power, I know on motocross it does not make a slight differnce,
but a car the fuel goes thew a hot pump, and pressured in the line...
bump anyone?

i know its used to help of the air fuel mixing, and that it makes the car run alot better, but im tryign to find hp out of it casue im doing an allmotor build and need to find every lil hp out there i can, and if someone is using one hit me up.

i dont know if this will help you guys or not but i remeber hearing my dad talk about using a homemade one back in the 60's on his comet cyclone . He would take a canister and spiral the fuel line inside it then fill it with ice i guess it was good for a few tenths of a second consistantly . there might be more to it that im not remebering its been a while since ive heard about it
One thing you got to remember is these cans are designed for low fuel pressure (ie. carbs).
They use alum. line that is not recomened for the fuel pressure we run in are fuel injected applications.

I have a friend who swears by it on his 406 69 Camaro. However, he doesn't do it for power so much as he does it for consistancy. If you can keep the fuel a consistant temp, that's one less thing you have to worry about when bracket racing.
then tats somehting i def need to look into casue im doing bracket racing this year at the east coast nationals and close to home races. so maybe ill consider throwing some money into one and trying it. someone said that if you spirle a copper line in it it should hold pressure.?

running a 5 speed car, i wouldn't worry about using a cool can for consistancy. 5 speed honda's w/ any power at all are pretty inconcsistant, don't think the can's gonna help much. However if you have an auto car, that runs only a couple hundreds of it's dial in, you can start looking for little things that may be causing it to jump around, like rising fuel temps
