there's no diff in hp so if you just want another engine. asap motors in dallas TX has a pretty good inventory and there real reasonable.

 

yeah I just need a swap in general, I have nothing.

JDM or USDM.

the JDM motors do have more compression...must yield to some kind of gain.

 

yes, they have a slightly higher compression, but aren't they also tuned for the higher octane available in japan?

JDM engines are made in spec for the fuel in Japan...

get a spoon crate motor if you want high compression...

back in 02 when I had my 01 gsr, iblew the motor and purchased a 98 speck JDM ITR motor for 3800....motor arrived and looked like it was brand new

 

asap motor sports is engine only. not even a complete swap, and its 4000 + shipping.

 

Go with Hmotors - I think everyone that I know with honda swaps have purchased engines from them.
