i think he means was the power steering rack changed out for a non-power one...

97 civic ek hatch its silver 73xxx miles on it with d2 adjustable suspention and ex cluster konig tantrums with prada tires with i think 80% left, 2 sets of headlights, jdm foglights adna cf wing and a budyclub prospecs exhaust.
