Default Most affordable place to get Magnaflow for 5th Gen?

Gf's 96 Ex coupe needs a new exhaust. I've got the notorious pipe seperating from the muffler issue. So, I'm in the market to get the Magnaflow cat-back. Looking for the most affordable place to order it from. I checked Summitracing and Performance center. Any other recommendations? Prefereable something on the east coast close to LI so shipping would be cheaper. TIA.

about the cheapest way to go is to buy the muffler and have the shop custom bend your piping for the car. I have this magnaflow http://www.magnaflow.com/02pro...d=768 on my 94 2dr lx. and i think that it looks and sounds pretty good. I got the muffler and piping installed for about $270. PM me if you want to see/hear it on my car. the street series is going to be quieter than the race series because it has a smaller diameter piping inside the muffler. It is also a 2.25" inlet vs. the race series' 3" inlet

I think it depends on the area you live in plus the area around my gf doesn't have any shops that Mandrel bend pipes, all crush bent.

Thanks, but they seem more expensive than other places.

^^^ This is pretty much what I did for my 6th gen. I bought some eBay rice-tastic cat-back system (all stainless steel) for around $90 shipped. At the same time I ordered a Magnaflow muffler (street series, similar to the one linked above but with the double-walled tip). Then I took both to the local muffler shop, had them chop off the nasty mufflers that came with the cat-back, and then weld on the Magnaflow.

Cost of eBay cat-back = $90
Cost of Magnaflow muffler = $80 (free shipping, eBay seller)
Cost of shop cutting/welding/installing it all = $35
-----------------------------------------------------
Grand total = $205.

And yes, my exhaust is nice and quiet, yet still noticeable.

I've thought about that but most of the kits on ebay run 2.5 piping, I want 2.25 because after all, it's essentially a stock F22 so 2.5 is way too big. I want to get the Magnaflow as a complete kit made specifically for the 94-97 Accord.

Hey Man this is the cheapest place I have seen anywhere, http://www.performance-curve.c...y=145. Its a shop in my area and they are offering a free high flow cat with the purchase of a cat-back system. Its in Virginia but with a price like that, shipping dont look too bad.

Thanks but I looked into that place, they never pick up the phone when I called today and I got a bad report back from the BBB.

Price is cheaper than what they actually list online. All you have to do is just give them a call and they'll give you a cheaper price. I got mine for $300 shipped.

I'm gonna check that site out, also, has anyone heard of Truckmod.com? On ebay they have it offered for 395 with free shipping but at their site they charge 27.00 for shipping and they're not BBB registered. I know I'm being paranoid but with all the shady shops selling products and ebay history, even people with 98.8 rating are suspect and that's very sad.
