First pff, find a muffler shop that actually has a Mandrel bender. Secondly, it will be a bit pricey.
Hell, a cheaper route would be to pick up Mandrel-bent pipes from kteller.com or someone o that nature, piece them together, then weld.

I called everyone near where i live and only found 1 place with a mandrel bender. I brought my own pipe (6' of 2.25") and my own muffler & resonator. he mandrel bent the piping and welded everything together for $90.
It was a great job too...
Too bad his shop has since closed...now i have to pull my entire system out and move it to my new hatch. Argh

Re: (everyone)
well if you dont want to go the route everyone asked you too. The real price for a place that has a bender will cost you about $300+. The cheapest prince i found, others charged more than what full cat back would cost!!

Re: (00blkSi)
Mandrel bending is bending of the pipe without sacrificng a decrease in pressure flow?
Well, I know places with regular bends for cheap
I got a straight exhaust from header back, with resonator for 80 bucks without mandrel piping
to be honest, its not worth the exhaust money, you're better off buying a t1r or something like that if you're spending 200-300 for a custom exhaust
If you wanted it straight, why not just get something like a rsr type bending
its a civic

Re: (MugenHonda)
Yeah one of my concerns were if regular pipe bending does indeed bottleneck the system to the extent that its a detriment to performance. I just don't want to cut any corners and do things right the first time around, but it's hard to find information on whether or not regular bends mess w/ performance. I do plan to boost so I was going to go with a 2.5in piping if that makes any difference. Does anyone know exactly all of the bends i would need to buy from kteller for mocking up piping for an eg hatch?
