Just as the title states I'm looking for either a clean Integra (da, db, dc, doesn't matter) or a clean EK hatch. This car will replace my daily beater.

Must haves:
5 speed
clear title
nonsmoker interior
no crazy high mileage

Upstate SC would be a plus. I have cash in hand and ready to buy. I'm not looking to spend a whole lot, but my price range is somewhat flexible depending on what I find.
