Default Electrical Prob...90' std Hatch

Hey guys...When I switch the right blinker the arrow stays on and a weird noise comes from the fuse/relay box under the steering column!? When I switch to the left blinker it works fine. Is there a relay just for the blinkers??
The other thing is strange too. I went outside to check the locks only to find my rear lights on!!...No key in ignition...nothing left on!! I had to disconnect the battery.
Any info will help. Thanks.

I changed out the dizzy, cap & rotor, plugs, I did a Cr-x dash conversion a while back and it was running fine till the dizzy went bad. I have been hooking and unhooking the battery every time I drive it...The ecu is not throwing any codes either.
I'm stumped!!

Double check your grounds?? Make sure you didn't cross any wires in the fuse box under the hood... so so strange.

the wireing to your left rear light is messed up maybe a short. when i first got my car together i forgot to plug in the rear lights and it did that same thing. im guessing a broken wire somewhere good luck.

ok change your blinker relay, and if its your brake lights that are on cram yourself under the dash and look up at the top of your brake pedal your gonna see a switch with a lil button at the end have a buddy stand behind the car while you push that switch in and out, if the lights blink that switch is good now, on the brake pedal assembly itself you should see a lil pointer that goes into that switch to push it in when you step on the brake pedal.. its made of crap plastic i think its blue and they brake easily..if it is not there then you know your problem...i rigged a screw and a nut in the hole where the pointer was and it took care of my problem..try that out and get back to us

I felt under the dash & it's a "thin" relay that's buzzing & vibrating. I'm gonna mess with it. I'll post up the results in a few.
Thanks for all the info guys!!
