It takes place in the NW of Northern Ireland, as in the IOM TT, the track is normal roads. One major difference is that the roads are a lot better for racing. The organisers have spent a lot of time with the council and made the roads safer for the bikes.
2004 saw the first 208mph through the time gun (120mph lap) on a WSB Honda ridden by Micheal Rutter. It is a great place to go, and is taking a lot of people away from the IOM. It's what the TT used to be like, you can visit the pits and even chat with the riders.
We've been the last 2 years and are heading over again in May this year.
