Light weight the OEM flywheel!
I don't think you can, but if you can, its not worth it. Exedy flywheels are not that expensive. Or find a used ITR (if you're B-series)

I got the exedy lightweight, it was worth it. The car revs at least twice as fast as my friends stock. Its close to a bike, but not that close.
you can lighten the stock flywheel it just need to be balanced afterwards, usually holes arent drilled it is put on a lathe like platform and thenmetal is taken off in a circular pattern
