Default Light weight the OEM flywheel!

I'm looking for a light weight flywheel..
Can I light weight my OEM Flywheel and how?

if you make exact balanced holes, not likely. egay that for sure

think they have prices from 160-245, name brands.

I don't think you can, but if you can, its not worth it. Exedy flywheels are not that expensive. Or find a used ITR (if you're B-series)

just buy an aftermarket light weight flywheel, taking so much material off your oem piece to make it lighter isn't a good idea,

I got the exedy lightweight, it was worth it. The car revs at least twice as fast as my friends stock. Its close to a bike, but not that close.

you can lighten the stock flywheel it just need to be balanced afterwards, usually holes arent drilled it is put on a lathe like platform and thenmetal is taken off in a circular pattern

OEM flywheels are lightened by resurfacing it not drilling holes... Like the turning of a brake rotor.
