Anyone have a/c with swap in crx?
Looking for anyone that has still been able to keep there a/c while having a swap in the car.
Have a 90si crx with b18c swap and would love to see anyone with a/c still in.

Alot of people have swpas and still retain there AC. My suggestion to you is keep your AC if you live in a hot area. Its not gonna make your car way faster if take it out. Make your own AC bracket or get an after market one. I am gonna use the Hasport one. If you are using a b18 you have to have Hasport specially make you a bracket because the ones they have are made to fit the b16 but unfortunetally the b18 has a different block design so therefore the bracket does not fit correctly. You can also buy the b16 bracket and modify it to fit your b18. Good Luck
I dont have a/c in it....i want to install it and want to see how others have done so....knowing that i have a b18c in there already...

You have no idea what you are talking about. Please get your info straight. I know what I am talking about. Maybe you should investigate before you make an *** out of yourself posting false info. The AC bracket will not fit on b18's. if you dont believe me then call Hasport on Monday so that they can tell you. Will you believe them??

Its not about the AC bracket clearing the crossmember. the b18 block has a different shape to it so the bracket does not sit up against it properly.

I was clearly stating that with full-race crossmember you can run the a?c bracket that came with the motor. I don't know anything about using b16 bracket on a b18 if thats what you mean. Just giving other options.
