Default bent valves? need help asap thanks

hello i am a dsm guy but my lude is my daily driver well i have had bent valves in my dsms and the other day my lude strated leaking oil so i replaced the o-ring in the oil cooler( that wasnt my leak) so i figured it was my balance shaft seal. so i took off the valve cover and to my suprize there was a hole in my t-belt well i went to take off the crankshaft pully bolt and my t-belt snaped then i pulled that out of the way and went on to break the pully bolt loose. and the crank kept turning over and then it felt like it hit something(a valve) but it went right past that. if my piston hit the valve under my own power could i bent a valve by hand? i really dont want to continue to put the car back together just to take off the head and replace some valves, head gasket, ect. and i know my vlaves where out of adjustment. could some one please post a write up of some sort of adjusting the valves thank you.

Unless your the incredible hulk it should be fine. Why did you keep turning the crank after you felt the hit anyway?
