Default Disadvantages of a rebuilt clutch?

I know act and cm's and a lot of companies rebuild clutches and sell them.

then there's exedy who makes them from scratch....

what's the advantages and disadvantages of each?

I have a rebuilt clutch it is a stage 3 now 8 puks dual diafram I only have one thing to say it grabs like a mother F... no problems with it only a lil heavy on the foot, wen I shift the dash feels like it's going to pop off hehe, it works good for me and my R is turbo!!!!
