How do I replace the quarter window moulding?
I recently bought new quarter glass mouldings for my 99 civic ex, because the ones on there right now are cracking badly, and wax has gotten into the cracks, making ugly white marks all over them...
Anyway, I was trying to figure out how to take the old ones off and replace the new ones, and it looks like no one has posted a solution or asked a question about this problem. Do you just rip the old one out? do you need some sort of adhesive for the new one? Any help or direction to a website/thread would really be appreciated.

Im pretty sure thats correct... so you would have to have an autoglass or bodyshop do it for you.

So there's pretty much no way for me to do this myself? I mean, no one else has ever had this problem and figured out a way? I tugged at the old stuff on my window right now, and the part next to the door came off pretty easily.
