im swapin a f22b1 single vtec head on my f22a1 block my ? is do i need 2 tap tha block or not i was told ya but i was also told that since i got a single i just need to take off the oil jet squitter any help wood b appreciated also do i have a knock sensor on my ride

 

yes, you have a knock sensor on your motor if i am not mistaken.

you need to steal oil from your block, you could tap it or you could just steal it by running a tee on your oil sensor, which is right above the oil filter
