so i got the obd2 scan today at the auto zone. the thing read 13 codes being thrown on my car. first off, i drive a 99 civic ex with a 99 usdm gsr swap. i used my ex wiring harness and the ecu is a 99 si ecu. the codes that are being thrown are(forgot the paper at work so i dont have the exact p###'s but ill try to remember the descriptions off the top of my head):

-speed A sensor malfunction
-P0301 No. 1 Cylinder Misfire
-P0302 No. 2 Cylinder Misfire
-P0303 No. 3 Cylinder Misfire
-P0304 No. 4 Cylinder Misfire
-multiple cylinder misfire
-system running lean
-low 02 sensor voltage?
-heater circuit malfuction?
-forgot
-forgot
-forgot
-forgot

i tried my best! idont have much time so i tried to remember it all and get it posted ASAP. ill list the correct code #'s and descriptions tomorrow when i bring home the paper i wrote them on. pleaaase help i gotta go in for testing soon. thanks!

 

holy.. thats a lot of codes.. sorry i dont have any help. If i had to guess with the misfires it'd be a timming issue, but thats a quess. GL dude.

Misfiring codes will be thrown on alot of different situations. Usually if the timing is off the code will throw same with if the cap and rotor are bad. Check simple things, cap, rotor ignitor. Also check your timing with a gun.

System running lean could be caused by you 02 sensor (which is throwing both those codes) Get a new o2 sensor.

would any of this just be a mistake simply because im running an si ecu with a gsr motor?? maybe?
