I have a head gasket question, Which head gasket do I use on a SOHC ZC.

Or what would be the best one to use?

And another place to purchase one because the dealership wants like $40-$50.

use a z6, its metal

 

yes..just make sure it's metal and not that paper ****..

 

Okay so I can go to pep boys and get a gasket for a 2000 civic EX. but make sure its Metal right??

All the SOHC heads that dont have VTEC are the same??? All years up to 2000?? and for the 92-95, even though your staying with the SOHC, do you require and obd-0 to obd-1 conversion harness??

I can say with some confidence that using a 92+ civic si/ex headgasket does not require a obd-1 conversion harness. Unless you're car had the optional voltage regulated sealing system.
