I'm about to remove my stock shocks/springs. My question is, when do I use the spring compressor?

I'm thinking, right after I remove the wheels? Or after I remove a few bolts...like the 12mm break line bolts, or 14mm bolts on top of the fork, or the 17mm bolt at bottom of the fork.

 

sup foo I just woke up... hahah I'll shoot on over to your place in like 40-50 mins (i gotta get ready and depending on traffic)... you use it after you have the spring/shock assembly out/off of the car.. and your about to disassemble the whole thing so that you can re-use the top cap, sprindles, and whatever else your KYB's didnt come w/ that it says to re-use.. not sure what ur kit came w/ since I have Koni and you have KYB.....
