Differences between 88-89 and 90-91 Civic Taillights

This is kinda a dumb question but is the wiring the same for both?

nah the 90-91 have 2 bulbs in the main housing and the wire harness is different.

Dammit; Is it easy to swap out the harness our could I splice it??
