Default ebay products??

i was searching for some parts for my accord. headlights, springs, shocks, strutbars, exhaust, intakes, etc... i dont kno if i should purchase themm if they have a no brand or sells for cheap like the strut bars that goes for 3.99 + 12$ for shipping. those are the no name brand and that is silver bar. i also looked at the blk hosuing jdm head light that goes for 149.99 +29.99 shipping, but dont know if its the same as the ones i see on other namestores onlinesite that goes for 300. jus wondering if those headlights are the same thing. oh yeh where can i fidn me some 1piece jdm blak housing headlihgts. becuz all i can find is the 2piece. are megan 3pc strutbars and lowtie bars worth the 80$ + 20$ shipping off ebay?? and the obx shortram intakez off ebay...do those really help or shuld i jus get a filter from kraigens and put it in my stock intake.

Ok first thing is first....USE THE SPELLCHECKER.

As far as all the parts that you are asking about, just remember that you get what you pay for. I would never go with any of this cheap ****, it is exactly that...****.

I have heard some good reviews and some bad ones regarding Megan stuff. Like RiceRocketDave says you do usually get what you pay for but if your looking for an intake just buy one of the cheap ones off ebay and then go purchase a decent filter for it.

If you ever need a new clutch dont buy the $100 OEM Exedy clutch kits....Mine is almost gone in less than a year..........

Ebay is all over the place. It can be great for cheap prices but if your not careful enough you can be screwed if you dont do your research and ask questions.

DUDE...I got parts from eBay and if you watch what you get its pretty good stuff. I got my T-304 Stainless muffler there and it's top notch in my books and no problems in almost a year...all the stuff listed in my sig will be eBay as well...go with the name brand stuff being sold and you'll be A.O.K.

just watch who you buy from...

Hell yea your car is gonna be hella fast with the lightweight carbon fiber tails, in fact it will be so light in the rear you might need a big aluminum park bench just to hold it on the ground. Good luck with your rice car.

Good try, yes I do have some ghetto parts on my car (angel eyes and mirrors) and there are good reasons for that (got in accident and could not afford oem stuff). So you need to know what you are talking **** about before you start, ok. And you are giving a to my Eclipse radio? If you knew a single thing about car audio you would know that this is one of the best radios made, it is strictly for sound quality and nothing else.
Like I said before talk **** about subjects you know about and nothing else. Better yet why don't you go get an account at another forum that is more geared for the high-school ricer crowd, because it is obvious that is what your goals are to be. That is sad too considering that you are 32, still living in your moms basement.

Guys seriously.. he just asked a question, its getting kinda out of hand here...

if u wanna go with ebay then do it.. about the strut bars DO NOT GET THREE PIECE STRUT BARS , get a solid piece from one strut to the other..

I always hear bad things about headlights from ebay, but sometimes u hear good things ..

as for engine stuff thats as important as headers and stuff, i wouldnt trust to much from ebay *shrugs*

do what u want, its your car, u live , u learn ,,, knowing's half the battle G I JOE!!! lol

anwyays settle down guys.. its a car fourm to help people not to argue about which stuff is legit, ricer, gay, etc its your own prefrence.

HAHAHAHA Go ask the guys in Audio / Security / Video what they think of Bose. All you are buying is a name when you buy a Bose product.

I have bought
-Greddy Evo2 Replica Catback Exhaust
-Tsudo High Flow cat
-Megan Race Headers
-Mugen Grounding Kit
-OBXR crank pulley and OBXR power pulleys
-and single piece strut bar
-DropZone Coilover Kit

All from ebay, and i havent had a single complaint with them yet, the Megan headers were authentic, have held up insanely well, the Catback allthough was a replica, sounds better than the real one (friend has real one with my accord) lol, so im happy, nothing has broken/fallen apart yet and i doubt it will, but i bought brand name **** not the no name so im not sure.

I bought tail lights from ebay 3 out of 4 pieces, when ever it rains they accumulate enough water to hold gold fish in. I bought headlights also, there holding up pretty good so far. Bought a m3 look a like wing which isnt really a wing at all, and it was a piece of ****. Most of the stuff is crap, but you get what you pay for as everyone says and most of the time is true. gl

Megan product is actually pretty damn good. I bought a CF duckbill from them awhile back for my 93 Civic Hatch.....couldn't tell the difference from Spoon and only cost me $175 shipped! I'd buy them again.

eBay short ram intake is fine. what is it, like $40 shipped opposed to the $100 for the same thing no-name intake the shop down the road is gonna sell you?

Projector headlights sucks. Lighting is crap compared to factory. Save your money or buy real JDM headlights - http://www.passwordjdm.com , http://www.jdmshit.com , http://www.optauto.com - new are around $600+, used start around $200+. I prefer factory headlights with HID's.

Custom cat-back is my way to go now. I spent $500 on a GReddy system for my CRX, $500 on Tanabe for my Civic. Never again. I spent $250 for my DTM muffler and custom piping for ym Accord. Sounds great too! Nice and deep, never raspy.

Name brand for springs and shocks IMO. Don't take a chance on crap there. H&R Springs , Tokico Shocks . Check http://www.optauto.com again for strut bars. They sell Tenzo bars pretty cheap and there good quality. I've bought from http://www.nopionline.com many times. Their prices can be high, but I've always got great service from them. Check their clearances too....great deals in there.

Good luck!

eBay can be very good for getting parts, but it can also be very bad.

Make sure seller has good feedback and read the item despcription VERY VERY closley - they could put in stuff about it they dont want you to know and **** like that.

And make sure the seller has somewhat of a return policy if you are unsure of the qualty of the product you plan to purchase.

I got some clear corners for my 95lx and whenever i wash my car or it rains - they get fogged up because water gets in them EASILY.

No problem with my clear bumper signals though - those are top notch.

I got my intake from http://www.dragracing.com

Injen Short Ram for $96 shipped.

and i got my megan 4-2-1 headers for $122 shipped from Ebay.

Jus need to pay attention to what ur getting thats all.

People say u get what u pay for, but most of the time its stpidity that draws people into buying a cheap product that will actually be CHEAP. i researched everything i was buying before i bidded and i couldnt be happier with any of it.
