do you have any idea how frustrating it is making an intercooler when you have a perfectly good band saw sitting there with no blades? haha
i used a combo of a cut off wheel and chop saw....yup thats why it took me 100 times too long

I always order 5 blades at once and reorder when i'm down to 2. Nothing worse than having a bandsaw sitting there that you can't use!

Where do you order your blades from? Ive been ordering through Mcmaster but they arent terribly cheap...although the good bi metal ones to seem to last quite awhile.
haha, i'm sure i'm paying too much, but i get them from grainger. I get them in 1 day and it's very hassle free. I forget what i pay, $20-30 i think, it's a morse bi metal blade. Cuts very good and lasts a pretty long time too.
yea i had like 12 of them here and ran out.....i havnt ordered any more because i havnt had the time to figure out what blade is going to last longer than 2 days...the last batch of ones i had were peices of crap. any idea on the specs of your blades tony?
These are the ones i use. Not saying they're the best, but they work damn good for me.
Edit: link didn't work. It's a Morse Matrix 2, 11' x .5", bi metal, 10-14tpi variable tooth $33/ea.
