my b16a doesn't have a front mount. What are you talking about?

 

Most b-series mount kits come only 3 pieces and dont run the front mount,you just cut the piece off the crossmember....But my friend has the HCP 4 piece mount kit on his car running the front mount..

 

i run hasport billets with HCP front..I noticed a difference no shift bang from the six puck with the fourth mount installed....

The hcp frount mount aligns perfect even though using hasport mounts? Or did you have to mod it? Because I also have a 6 puck clutch..

 

bump, i am also wondering. my engine coming back soon and would like to get all the mounting hardware now.

aligns perfect

the rough part is actually gettin it in there for the first time...with enough wiggling and what not it goes in...After its in there for a while..when you remove it, it goes in easy when re-installing it....

Im gonna do that then because the clutch is killing it..

GO TO THE YUNKYARD.. GET A FRONT MOUNT FROM A 90-93 LS.. CUT OFF YOUR FRONT COSMEMBER BRACKET TO WHERE THE D SERIES FROM MOUNT GOES..AND REWELD IT TO ALING WHERE THE LS MOUNT NEEDS TO GO...
