hey guys i was wondering if anyonw here has been on a 929 rr. Im thinking about getting one from a buddy. Its got 20,000 miles. I wanna know what the average price is and the pro's cons on the bike..... help me out ! gotta decide quick ! The bike is in great shape.. almost brand new looking.

 

I have a 2001 cbr 929rr. I absolutely love the bikes. I never saw many of them around and when I got it people always ask me about it. It rides good and has enough power for me. Id def buy it again! I have the black and yellow edition =D

 

im looking at a 2000 yellow and black - the wings are yellow along with the tail... clean bike i likes but im wordering how much they go for.

 

5k ish for a clean one.. i have a 954.. i LOVE my bike...

I have a 01' 929 and a 03' 954. I love both bikes, but my 929 has a mind of it's own. And the 929 ages very gracefully.

 

I've had 3 of these; sold my immaculate one with 10k on it (2001) for $5k and the track version of a 2000 for $3500. In general, I wouldnt pay more than 5k for one.

Surprisingly, theres actually alot of 929rr owners out there, like me too .. lol. But I love my 01' 929rr, its black/yellow. I got a good deal on it, even for a brand new bike and I still have it. Starts, runs, and looks still brand new. Looking to get another bike soon, but I for sure won't get rid of it. I've seen alot of them out there selling from $4k to $6k.

WHen I bought mine earlier last year I paid 6 for it and it looked like it was off the showroom floor. I love the bike. I want a 954 but I really dont wanna get rid of this bike. I love the 2001 Yellow and black.

The 01 929 Yellow and Black is nice. Even the 01 Black and Red looks just like the 02 954, it has the same colors and everything.....
