I have seen them popping up at auto car systems shops all over, try your local car auto store.

check the wattage like he said, almost all aftermarket bulb do carry a higher wattage to "make up" the light output loss because they have a blue/yellow colouring film coating on the bulb.
make sure it's nothing too out of spec from the factory, or you'll risk to toss your relay/fuse/harness
yellow light are more visble(to human eyes) in foggy, rainly situation. it's proven scienificly and in rally racing.
fog light traditionally are yellow for that very reason.
it would be fine if you have it for your high beam if you driving around with a yellow headlight, cop will give you sh_t about it.
i know there's alot of honda jdm bandwagoner that loves that kinda thing but i think it's illegal(at least in my city)
AND to answer your very first question.
there's a group buy in SPONSORED forum, they are like 25 a pair

Yea I got the luminics JDM yellows for my low beams which theres a sale going on HT. They do seem darker now but I have better visibility in bad conditions. And atleast in Illinois and Indiana the cops don't really care

Yellow bulbs are better in low visability situations such as fog or extreme darkness. Thats why a lot of OEMs have yellow foglights. You can get PIAA plasma ion yellow headlights off ebay I plan on getting them though Im not sure how yellow they are.

Lets say I drive on a pitch black road at night with little to no visability. If you would rank these from 1. Silverstars 2. Halogen 3. Yellow bulbs
1.
2.

I tried the silverstars and they burnt out without the year. Was a little pricey so decided to go with the 10.99 bulbs sylvania makes the "white blue" bulb.

No don't. Youd be worse off. Only 4000-6000k are good for light output, and I wouldnt really pass 5000k, plus they arent built reliably and they give you glare everywhere because the halogen reflectors werent made to deal with that much light...

ooh yea i ant realy worried about it tho hid yellow i just need something other than stock what about my 24s lol
Sylvania Silverstars are the best halogen light IMO for color. I went HiR which I believe is the best halogen for light output. Otherwise you would have to go retrofit which would cost around 600 bucks
