thats a negative...I've seen that rear lip on some teg in a best buy parking lot....fitment was crap. I think I seen the same lip on ebay. It looks like it fits good on the white teg you posted though. As for the side skirts, looks to be a fitment issue as well... clean teg besdies that

 

i dont really like lip kits but damn it looks pretty good on that white teg.

 

Those are zeal side skirts and a mugen style rear lip
