Default need help with fully built head

well guys and girls i jut brought a fully built head and i juts no look at the valves and i think the gide is broken becuse it craked well i just wanna no wold this mess any thing up if i where to keep using it let me no thanks

Yes, a broken valve guide is definitely a problem. Get it fixed.
