CAR IS STILL IDLEING FUNNY! WHAT COULD IT BE????? Getting very frustrated.
My car has been idleing funny since ive bought the car its a H22 motor. Its not all the time and it happens when the car warms up not when its cold. And like I said its not all the time. I have cleaned out the IAC valve and thats not it. Someone said that it could be my ECU is that true? It is a P13 chipped. What else could it possibly be? PLEASE HELP!

mine sort of does the same thing, except it's an h23. in the morning when it is cold, it will rev from about 500 to 2k(sometimes more) RPMs repeatedly. as i drive it more and it warms up it doesn't rev as high and when it's warm out it tends to stop after a while. people have told me it could be an O2 sensor, a vacuum leak, or timing... i am yet to actually have it checked out by a profesional. i have a neighbor at my dad's house who had the same problem with his '90 Accord (said it was something to do with the oxygen sensor). and my neighbor here at my uncles house has a '95 Civic that does it (havn't talked to him). i'm thinkin' it's a Honda thing. if anyone knows what this is and how it can be fix, please let me know. it's been bugging me and i don't want to pay to have it checked out if i don't have too.

well mines a little diferent cause it dosent act up when it is cold but when it warms up thats when it starts.
cleaning the IAC won't help it , you have to actually check the resistance on it and also check the FITV (fast idle thermal valve) it's temperature sensative.
