Will Type R swar bar fit EF9? Either front or rear.

rear yes it will work, i used to have it on my EF

basically what you will need first is LCAs which can accept a bar. next complete bar....crossmemer will need to be drilled tapped/drilled to make holes for the brackets....

very simple just reinforce it so that it doesn't go through

 

Get a suspension techniques rear sway bar, then you won't need different LCA's on the rear.

New Type R swaybar is cheaper

 

Suspension Techniques rear sway is only $125 and it saves you a buttload of work. Plus, you won't need new LCAs and everything. ST ends up being a lot cheaper in the long run.

Sound a lot work involve, i'm just looking for some sway bar fit straight on. How about EG SIR or del sol SIR? Are they stronger than stock EF9?

Rear sway: EG = DC2 = DC2R. So if one is a PITA to fit, they all will be.

LCA = lower control arm.

If you can get it cheap, just buy the ST piece and save yourself the hassle.
