in the case that you don't end up doing it yourself it's 85.95 at your local honda service center.

The Man is trying to find out how to install it not get raped at a dealership..
im not familiar with the year but i suppose just follow from the throttle body out to the airfilter and remove the whole assembly. try looking through the picture thread to see you year and model. im sure someone must already done so. and they take pictures of their engine bay so maybe that will give u a rough idea.

Unless your car is no longer under warrenty, or you simply don't care about the warrenty, i wouldn't touch anything. However if you still want to, unscrew the clamps holding the hose onto the throttle body, then get rid of everything left attached to the hose (including the resonator located in the bumper). Then just use the hose clamps and clamp in the new intake pipe, and attach the air filter cone.

I have a '95 and when I went to install my AEM V2 intake, I didn't remove the wheel or the bumper to get the air resonator box out...it takes a little more effort, but it will probably save you time. However, when I switched intakes, I ended up with extra wires that were protruding from the stock airbox and now I have nowhere to put them. Does anyone know what those wires are?
