Default How Much Would You Pay?

Came across a 91' Hatch with the following. I know some of you frown on people asking "how much is my car worth?" But I am not overly familiar with ef's and what they go for. The bay is super clean, no stray wires and the interior is also nice. What would this car go for on H-T or if you had the money to buy it how much would you pay?

90k on body
33k on jdm b16a
NEW: Ball Joints, Tie Rods, Struts
Few Dings Dents Scratches
Tiny Amount Of Rust (wheel well)
Battery Relocation To The Hatch
Type-R Fuel Rail
GSR Cams
B&M Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
DC Sports 1 piece header
Arizona Race and Machine mounts
Aem intake
K&N filter
Ngk plug wires + Ngk irriduem plugs
Jdm y1 Transmission
ACT 4 puck race clutch with new Exedy pressure plate
Skunk 2 short shifter
1991 Civic Si gauge cluster
1995 integra gsr center console
VAFC vtec controller
1991 integra front hubs + bigger brakes
17 inch Konig Traffik Wheels
Lowered using H&R 2.5 inch springs
Front and back upper strut bars

I would paid 2000-3000 top, if the body is good.
if rust/dent I'll pay 1500-2500...
And I don't think the JDM motor is 33K miles...

I bought a 1992 civic hatchback for 600, Ive seen lots of shells of those go for 800-1200 ON HONDA-TECH.

JDM Swaps can be found on ebay with a warranty for less than a grand.
