Default Strange clicking noise

So i am hearing this weird clicking noise from what sounds like both of my wheels. I know it is not my cv's because i just replaced them last weekend, i also did tranny fluid. I am thinking it could be my wheel bearings, but i am not sure. I have a 96 teg with 130,000 miles on it, and a rebuilt tranny at 70,000. It only makes the sound if i go from driving forwards to reverse, or vice versa, and clicks at most twice. It is kind of strange in that it dosent always do it either. Any help would be appreciated, and please don tell me to search cause i have done it, and i am still confused.
