Woot! My R no longer Owns me
What a good feeling, just paid her off and now we are a car-debt-free household....lol
Well, for a two or three months, then the MINI Cooper S loan will take effect with payment twice as big as my type R payment. Can't wait for the Cooper. Its my wife's car but I have added some choice options to make it even more fun. We will soon have two LSD equiped FWD cars in the garage
Just wanted to Rave about the title headed my way

Did you get the John Cooper S? I think it comes with a few extra goodies and a few more ponies.</TD></TR></TABLE>
No, didn't have that much money. It is well worth it though, now that they can do it in the factory for much cheaper than at the dealership. The 05'-06' Cooper S's are quite an improvement over 02'-04' and we are pretty happy with them as is. But thats not saying that I won't add some goodies to it some day.
I wish we could have gotten the JCW GP Tuning edition. There are rumors that it is going to be revised and be even better by the time they are produced. They are thinking 230bhp, more weight reduction, and revising the style a bit.

haha.. I still have to see if the Expo fits the budget. We have a lot of new things going on right now.
New house.... Yup my car has a garage now. No more pepperoni incidents.
Investing in making the house cooler
New Car
I would love to make a weekend out of the Expo though and hit up Cedar pointe Saturday/Sunday then the Expo Mon/Tues. Only time will tell.

I drove a 2002 S a few months ago. First time driving any new Mini. I must say, I was quite impressed. Lots of low end grunt and very well balanced. Didn't really dig the shifter and clutch though. Shifts seemed rather long.
My girlfriend is all over the Mini. Which means I need a second job now

I'll surely do that. Pix of the R and MINI in the garage to come soon. The MINI's leaves from Southampton England today, headed for South Carolina, then it has to get on a truck and get to Kansas City. We should get it within' a month now

Congrats. I had that same feeling for about 3 weeks in December. Then the car got stolen. Five years worth of payments and doing my best to keep it clean and safe, all for nothing.
Keep er safe.
Keep er safe.
