Default what is different in a b16 and b18c both vtech

well this guy is selling parts for a b16 si head and i owen a b18c head and i wanted to know what parts i could use of that b16 head thanks alot

First of all, its VTEC. There are no H's or -'s in it. As far as parts go, I don't think it would be worth your time swaping parts out. It would make more sense to buy aftermarket valve springs, retainers and such to build your head.
