b16 block how much power before the block falls apart or cracks
im asking this because i want to run about 400whp i have 300 now and wanted to up the shot i have crower rods and i know thw crank is good till about 800whp and i have forged pistons. with a blockguard.

it is not a street car im tring to get to the 10.90s 1/4 car should weigh about 1900 w/me in it.and im trying not blow it up

Blocks are strong 
Push a blown bigblock through the firewall and make it a rwd. You can make 1000 or so whp. It will weigh like 2500 pounds but im sure it will do less than your proposed 10's

b16 motr r strong..da most i ever see 1 is 390hp on stock internal wit t3/60-1 turrbo,turboedit,240 fewl pump ,,an 600cc injectors..,,it did not last though..390hp + 1900lb + slicks + good driver shood get u into hi 10s..
