I have an EG and im looking for the best place to mount and tie into the power wires. Where do most people mount there tachs in their Egs??

 

dont ppl just mount them on top of the dash in upper left corner, next to the A piller? but thats pretty ricer...play with it a lil, and find a more trick place to mount...but if u must mount it like everyone else, don't get a 5in...something smaller like 3in, less attention

here in So Cal i've heard that it's illegal to mount a tach on the left side of the dash by the A-pillar...don't know if that applies to your area as well or not....

...if you really want a tach i'd just get a cluster from an EX/Si and call it a day.

 

If u already have a stock tach in your car then why in gods name r u going to put a wall clock in your car.

And if you don't. Why not just buy a stock cluster that has a cluster like EXs? Keep the stock look. IMO, I think it's better than a seperate bulge that sticks out in your dash.
