Need ideas of where to mount my tach
I just picked up a Silver monster tach and looking for some ideas of where to mount it in my 92 hatch. If you got pics post them also. TIA

That is where I was thinking of putting it. Just did not know if anyone had any creative spots that was more stealth, but still did the job. If that is possible.

autometer makes an interesting mount for the tach and some other stuff, its on the right side of the steering wheel.

just mount it where it can be of use, and watch your car. those things are theif homing beacons.

Yeah that was another concern of mine. I have a dual guage pod now and the way it is mounted it to low to mount my tach on my dash. I have seen where some people mount it in the left air vent. I was also thinking there.

ever though of getting a shift light?? you wont have to deal with trying to find a stealth place to mount that tach if you got a shift light...you can mount them almost anywhere...

i mounted my apexi tach to the right of the gauge cluster on top of the dash, and then i mounted the shiftlight in between the stock tach and speedometer
if you want to go stealth mode you should look into an led tach...I don't recall who makes them but it is a small box with several led's..they go from green to yellow to red

what about putting it where the rear view mirror is, i now a kid with it there and suprisingly you can easily see it (especialy the shift light) and people never notice it up there
