Default B18 Swap in '95 civic

i got my swap done out of a 2001 Integra LS (B18B). i like it but for some reason it does not seem as powerful as it should be. i am running the P28 from my civic on the LS engine and everything runs fine no lights or anything. does anyone know what i changes need to be made to maybe open up some of the power in this B18B. it pulls like crazy in the mid to top end but still seems compared to a couple of buddies with the same swap a little slower.
